Project Name: Al Qusais Oasis Residential Development on Plot No.248-6508 Bulk Earthworks, Roads & Infrastructure

Location: Al Qusais, Dubai
Start: October, 2017
Status: Completed in January 2018
Scope of Work:

  • Installation of Sewerage Network including the casting of Type A, Type B & Type C chambers
  • Supply & Installation of Telecommunication ducts and manholes (JRC12,JRC-14,MR-4,MRT-7) including excavation and backfilling as per the authority specification
  • Installation of Potable Water Network and casting & installation of Air Release value chamber, Washout valve chamber, Isolation valve chamber, Butterfly valve chamber & Water flow meter chamber
  • Installation of Storm Water Drainage Network including the casting of Type G, Type H manholes
  • Installation of Street Fire Network including the casting of Air Release valve chamber, Washout valve chamber & Isolation Valve chamber
  • Upgrading sewerage and stormwater network by Casting and installation of various manholes and installation of sewer/stormwater pipes including trial pits, trench excavation, installation excavation, welding, backfilling, asphalt, interlock, concrete and horticulture removal and reinstatement.
